A certain step towards falling in love.

More than six months ago, I was on a walk. I stumbled upon a paradise: The Duver, alive with golden grass and towering foxgloves. This wild beauty cried out for a couple to accentuate it. However, it was mid-wedding season, a time when we rarely book pre-wedding shoots. Consequently, I called my cousin, Alix, trying to convince her and her boyfriend, Lee, to join me to take advantage of this perfect scene. To Alix’s great surprise, Lee was wildly enthusiastic about the idea! So, we embarked on our golden hour jaunt.

Fast forward to the present: last week, whilst in Paxos, Lee proposed to Alix! Now they are engaged. So, as I always suspected, what was once a beautiful couple/favour shoot has now officially become a pre-wedding shoot. A pre-pre-pre-wedding shoot!

Congratulations, Alix and Lee! It was obvious, even on that very first day, that your journey would lead here.

Just Warming Up

Pre-wedding shoots are fun little photoshoots that are included with many of our wedding photography packages. We love them because they give us all a chance to get to know each other and for you to be comfortable in front of the camera in a relaxed and informal setting before the excitement of your wedding day and all that it entails. They give the two of you, as a couple, the opportunity to create images that showcase your relationship in a way that is completely yours.
