Ashleigh and Max’s pre-wedding shoot took place on a crisp autumn evening. We met at Brook Beach, one of many scenic locations along the wild south-westerly edge of the Isle of Wight. As the tide was receding, we ventured across the cliffs and clambered down onto the sand.

For the first part of their engagement shoot, Ashleigh and Max brought their beloved pair of dogs. Some dogs do not enjoy the spotlight that comes from being part of a photoshoot, but these two were absolutely brilliant!

Later, with their canine companions safely back in the car, we strolled further along the sand. With the sun setting, we found ourselves surrounded by reflective sea pools, uncovered by the low tide. Ashleigh and Max were a joy to photograph. Their relaxed vibe, coupled with their obvious love for one another, made them wonderful to work with. We couldn’t be more excited for their wedding next year!

Just Warming Up

Pre-wedding shoots are fun little photoshoots that are included with many of our wedding photography packages. We love them because they give us all a chance to get to know each other and for you to be comfortable in front of the camera in a relaxed and informal setting before the excitement of your wedding day and all that it entails. They give the two of you, as a couple, the opportunity to create images that showcase your relationship in a way that is completely yours.
