Bianka by the Sea: A Stunning Wedding in Brighstone

Shortly after their pre-wedding shoot, Bianka and Edmund returned to the UK for their wedding day. The couple were married at St Mary’s Church in Brighstone, Edmund’s home village. During a beautiful, candlelit ceremony, their vicar surprised them with an operatic serenade. A kind family friend then chauffeured the newlyweds in his vintage car to the reception. Their guests enjoyed a leisurely stroll to Ed’s family home, where the celebrations continued.

Seaside Shanties and Garden Games

Following the ceremony, friends and family were welcomed to a delightful reception in the garden of the groom’s parents. The front garden played host to The Brighstone Barnacles, a lively band who had guests dancing and singing along to traditional sea shanties. Attendees enjoyed sipping champagne and indulging in delicious ice cream.

While the reception was in full swing, the happy couple stole a few romantic moments by the sea at Freshwater Bay. Later, the groom and his football team from Madrid enjoyed a casual game of keepy-uppy, alongside friendly matches of croquet and a fun UK versus US bean bag toss game.

As evening approached, the festivities moved to a marquee behind the house for feasting and further merriment. The golden hour light beautifully illuminated the back garden as guests partied late into the night.
