Magic is afoot

Heidi and Adam chose to combine their pre-wedding shoot with their legal wedding ceremony, asking us to be their witnesses – a first for us!

Booked many months in advance, a joyful co-incidence delighted the pirate-loving couple. Their day coincided with Ventnor Armada Day and the visit of the Nao Santa Maria. This galleon is a replica of the ship Christopher Columbus famously sailed to the New World in 1492.

After their brief but vital ceremony at the Registry Office, we quickly drove across the Isle of Wight to Ventnor. Heidi looked stunning in her Mother’s prom dress. The couple celebrated their marriage on the clifftop as the historic galleon sailed past. Later, we strolled to the seafront. We mingled with re-enactors and Morris dancers as sea shanties filled the air.

Just Warming Up

Pre-wedding shoots are fun little photoshoots that are included with many of our wedding photography packages.
