Jess & Richard

The Royal Hotel, Isle of Wight

Jess and Richard were wed at The Royal Hotel in Ventnor on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. They chose to have a beautiful, small ceremony attended by family and close friends. The evening before the ceremony had seen the entire wedding party and all guests staying at The Island Riding Centre. On the morning of the wedding the guests traversed the Island by coach. Meanwhile a very cool 1970 Ford Zodiac made several trips, ferrying first Richard and his best man and later Jess and her bridesmaids across to Ventnor.

Whilst Jess and Richard kept their nuptials intimate, their confetti shower was immense, a veritable storm celebrating the coming together of this beautiful couple. After their ceremony the couple and their guests enjoyed drinks in the garden of the Royal Hotel. Jess and Richard remained with us for an intimate couple’s shoot whilst guests once again boarded the coach for the next part of their day.

Inspired by chef Richard’s love of excellent food, the couple eschewed the traditional wedding reception in favour of a wonderful meal at their favorite Isle of Wight restaurant, The Duck. The day was completed by an evening stroll along Appley Beach and the nearby boating lake.
